Sep 12,2024What made my experience great is that going through a problem that I was dealing with in the Middle East with having my credit frozen and that it was continuous runaround from different agencies to unfreeze my credit and this one young lady did not get her name she slowed me down talk me through And took care of me even went as far as reviewing my credit and to see what can be done to better she was phenomenal, made my redeployment back to the Middle East Council, knowing that there someone out there taking care of my family while I take care of the country Great job job well done

I was very nervous calling but when I explained my situation to her she was very mindful very elegant very cutzy just all in all very demure! She made me feel very confident in myself.
