Aug 16,2024Orane was my assigned as my credit counselor and he was able to answer every question I had regarding my credit situation. It gave me a good feeling to know someone I don’t have a personal relationship with has taken ownership of handling my credit accounts to ensure everything gets cleaned up and sorted out well enough to get me within a great credit standing. Looking forward to the progress that gets made with my account… if things turn out well, I will definitely write a follow up review with high recommendations!! Thanks Orane!!!!

Aug 15,2024I wish I had listened to my gut feeling throughout my co tact with this company. I initially googled the credit bureau to call them and that is who I thought I was talking to. But I wasn’t it was a representative from credit clerk. So I feel like I was deceived right off and that is when I should have hung up. I always research anything and everyone I could potentially do business with. Not listening to my intuition I went through with the deal. I thought I asked all the right questions, but I guess I didn’t. Because when I researched I found out you do not have to have help fixing your credit through another company that you could do it yourself. I initially called to ask how to get my student loans to show it is paid. I only have one collections on my credit for $400. I could’ve given the creditor the amount o paid credit clerk and been done with it. I kind of felt bambooxled by this company, which is too late because I know they will not give me a refund so I am stuck. Now I’m probably going to be out $800 instead of the $400 I owe the collector. I’m disappointed with myself and credit clerk being the one I contacted thinking it was the credit bureau. This company should not put their number within the contact information for the credit bureau! Leading people to think they are contacting the credit bureau! My complaint is not about the person I talked to, he was very nice.
