Sep 27,2024The young lady that zi spoke with told me that they could help me with the late payments that were placed onto my credit score . Her name was AALIYAH . She looked over my credit and told me that they could help me within 90 days . She got me calmed down from being upset & Told me there would be credit changes for the good on my credit reports . Aliyah answered every question that I had and gave me all of the phone numbers that I needed to stay connected to my credit account .

Sep 27,2024Ok so when they called I specifically told them that I had just did a big move and that I couldn’t start payment until October 15th. They said ok but still went and tried to hit my account twice for 278.00. I have spoken to multiple people about this cause they just keep calling. My thing is if someone say they can’t pay. Call them back when they can so there will be no problems. Secondly take notes on the account so different people don’t be calling and hassling potential customers. Third thing is they canceled my account because I couldn’t answer a call from them because I was on the other line.They have been trained well do not fall for this. The way they hassle you makes it seem to good to be true but thanks for canceling me. Cause now I can find someone who truly wants to help me. And not just worried about money. Especially if i agreed to pay. Not good business at all.
