Jun 29,2022My salesman was Katina Ali. He made a this an enjoyable experience. (Most times I go car shopping it stresses me out.) He was very thorough. Listened to my requests. And found me a wonderful car. Way more than I expected. My credit situation was not good. But he would not take no for an answer with the lenders and he found me a fair deal for where I was at then when it was time to get insurance he talked with the rep that he knew best and got my insurance cut in half after all the sudden then you put some gas in my tank I'm very grateful to him and National for their hard work. But katim went above and beyond with his help. I will be referring anyone who asks. And when I am in the market for another one, I will return to first national.
