I worked with James and he could tell I was rather upset and bothered and a little embarrassed by this. He talked to me for quite awhile explaining different options I have and making sure I understood that everyine goes through tough times and my credit can be fixed. He made me feel better and gave me a some resources to consider. When I'm ready to buy a car I will definitely go back to him. Not your typical used car salesman. He was great!!!
