Jul 24,2021I got approved with Brooke from credit yes. She made me an appointment at Findlay Toyota. I was scheduled with three different men Carlos,Rick, and Tommy. I go to my appointment and saw none of these men. A man nmby the name of Payam decides to assist me very rude . Heade me feel like I wasn't gonna be able to get any car. We go outside to look at cars no e which I liked. He says let me go get the key to this car and left me waiting outside for 10 minutes. This was the worst experience I've ever had. I tried to tell Brooke she was never available to talk or help. This service may be good to most but not for me horrible service.
