Oct 24,2018I won't say that they were rude, but their skills are in line with a used car salesman. I guess $40k is their magic number, and make sure they mention the $1k origination fee. If they try to push a LOC on you watch out for the extremley high interest rate. This was a huge learnign experience for me, and I take sole responsibility for getting taking to the cleaners. I realize these types of loans aren't cheap, but don't pressure people into something they don't want or need. I'll never use this company or anyone like them again. I'll just have to suffer the consequences instead of giving them my hard earned cash!

Oct 09,2018Addendum to my Verified Post: Crestmont Capital challenged my negative and truthful review of their product & service. They claimed to Trustpilot that they did not have me in their database and my review should be removed. Their claim was less than truthful, as I provided backup to Trustpilot to prove it! Note that Crestmont Capital challenges all negative reviews with the same objection: “We have no record of a (YOUR NAME) in our database. Please provide us any correspondence you have with our company.” If you do not challenge their claim, Trustpilot removes your review. Apparently, several negative reviews were challenged by Crestmont Capital, and the reviewers did not take the time to respond. Not this reviewer! As Crestmont Capital told me, "Don’t waste our time"...I recommend to you, don't waste yours!
