Mar 09,2021My company was looking for a loan, and applied for one thru Crestmont Capital. Loan officer was C.C.. After seeing the loan document, and not having a clear understanding of the payment, which was a monthly payment of anywhere from $207 to $251 (nothing firm on a supposed 5.5% interest rate for 60 months), we held off for a week trying for other resources. I received repeated email notifications to sign the loan documents, but zero (0) follow-up from C. for 8 days. So, today, I emailed him to say we couldn't sign the document without having firm information/understanding of the payments we would lock into for the 5 year loan, so we went elsewhere. This is his response: "You cant afford a payment of $251.90? Based off your deposits you can afford it. We will close out your file. Thank you for not wasting anymore of our time. Best of luck Sincerely, C. " I'm still pondering how we wasted his/their time. If he followed up more than the email notification, maybe. And, if he was giving more firm details, clarifying the terms better, then maybe. Regardless, this reply was far from professional. Look elsewhere.

One loan didn't go through they help me out right away with another one. they're very friendly and very professional and I would recommend them highly

At first I wasn't satisfied with Crestmont Capital's initial offer, it was for more money than I wanted and the cost wasn't what I had hoped for. But David asked what I wanted. He said okay let me see what I can do. The next offer was what I was looking for.
