Installation itself carried out on the agreed date, all very neat and tidy. And the battery appears to be performing well.

He showcased in-depth knowledge, addressed all my concerns, and guided me through the process. The installation was seamless and completed within the promised timeframe. Frank's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were commendable. My energy bills have significantly reduced, and I'm delighted with the performance of the solar panels. May 31,2023Timely arrival of components required for my battery and inverter installation. Equally timely arrival of Electrician installers the following day and a very efficient installation process, causing no disruption to household whatsoever. Installers were first class in every respect. This install was to supplement my existing solar PV array enabling me to store excess electricity generated whilst retaining my FIT payments. System operational within five hours and my batteries are providing me with ample electricity to run my five bedroom house overnight with a good margin to spare. Granted we have exceptional weather at present which helps with the rapid charging of the batteries. I’m absolutely delighted. Well done guys. Keep it up.

May 30,2023Great company to deal with. They installed solar panels for us last year and just had an air conditioning unit installed last weekend. On both occasions excellent communication from start to finish, provided all the relevant information before and after install, all in all a very professional service. Frank and Ash did a great job on Saturday, clean tidy considerate workers and you can have a good laugh and joke with them too!! Would highly recommend.

May 29,2023Truly can’t thank Frank and Ash from CRG enough. Just had a Fujitsu Air Conditioning system installed into our single unit Park Home. Very highly recommended, clean, tidy, very friendly and helpful. Also HEATS as well. Being on bottled Gas this should prove cheaper to heat. I can’t recommend highly enough, thank you Frank and Ash.

May 26,2023CRG are the company I went for after many weeks of quotes and surveys by other companies. They're not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. This is a classic case of you get what you pay for. Its been 6 months since we had it installed and to know someone is there for you if anything goes wrong stops the sleepless nights, something they don't really advertise. I am just about to get the hot water i-boost installed and look forward for lower gas bills. Hint always get a battery otherwise its not worth it. Thanks Frank and the team

May 16,2023We recently had a solar system install at my house. Initial impression of Jon who came to look at the job and quote was very positive. He was both professional and knowledgeable and no "sales pitch/push". Install was arranged pretty rapidly and delivered via their sub-contractors. The install crew were excellent, but the scaffolders turned up without a ladder and I'm still waiting for the scaffold to be removed over 3 weeks later! Communication from CRG themselves could definitely be improved and I've already exported 84kWh of power which I'm not getting paid for because the paperwork hasn't been processed yet. I think the title sums up my view. UPDATED APRIL 2025 Really disappointed to find that I have nesting pigeons underneath my solar panels. I was convinced by the professional advice I received at the time from CFG that these would definitely not be required when I was negotiating costs up front. Beware those given similar advice!

May 11,2023The GRG team were excellent from the start to the finish of the process. They assessed our house to see what was possible and discussed their recommended options. A configuration plan and schedule for installation was agreed. Everything was delivered on time and excellently co-ordinated. The installation process was completed and fully commissioned as scheduled. The pre and post installation support was excellent, timely and helpful. The installation and commissioning teams were outstanding in every way and were a pleasure to have on site. From the start to finish it has been a real pleasure to work with the CRG team – well done to everyone. GRG are a company that genuinely cares about their customers. A huge thank you to all of the staff at CRG.

Apr 28,2023It takes a good communicator to convey complicated information into simple language. I think that's what Frank does, he is a great sales person. Calm, knowledgable and trustworthy. When I started looking into solar panels, batteries and inverters, it started to get a bit confusing after a while, but I've managed to get sense of it all with the help of CRG. After we have agreed on the quote, they have come around to install our panels, battery and connecting it all up. The electrician Sharni, was also a joy to work with, she is an amazing asset to the team! I can honestly say this company works as a team, and their work reflects that. The installation is top notch, all the cables fitted neatly and now I can just watch how much energy I can generate from my phone app. Oh and the whole process took just under 8 weeks (from the date of the technical survey to finish), but I love everything about it now, and I couldn't agree more to recommend these guys. They're 100% trustable company, and most importantly they do what they say they do!

Apr 16,2023CRG installed our solar panels last year and by the time we were registered with the Grid and our power company it was December. We have been amazed at how much power the panels have produced during the winter months. And with the diverter to heat our hot water we have cut our gas usage. There were administrative delays, but the technical advice we received from Frank and the quality of the installation have proved to be excellent.

Apr 05,2023XXXX came out on the 13th March. I wanted solar and a new roof. They said they could do both. Over 3wks later I've had nothing from them despite me speaking to XXXX last week who said she will get XXXX to call me. Very disappointed with them. I would not use now

Mar 22,2023After doing extensive research and with rising energy costs we decided to invest in solar panels, as like a lot of people we are at work during the day so we also wanted a battery to maximise our savings. We contacted three companies to compare quotes and CRG were the first to respond and offered a visit the very next day. Sam who conducted the consultation was very professional and guided us through the minefield of the world of renewable energy, he translated it all into plain english and explained the whole process. The survey was carried out by Ash who ensured everything we wanted and needed would fit, and then an install date was agreed. What amazed us was the speed that the installers worked, within 5 hours(And numerous cups of tea) we were up and running. We are now looking forward to generating our own energy and look forward to recouping our investment. Without a doubt from start to finish it has been an absolute pleasure to work with CRG and it has been so refreshing to find a company that actually cares about the customer. So a big thank you to all of the staff at CRG.

Mar 21,2023CRG did a great job of installing my solar system and I have been very pleased with its performance. We have had a slight problem with tripping of our consumer unit RCD tripping. I contacted CRG and a superb electrician - Sharni - called by the same day and made a modification which should solve the problem. She was very knowledgeable and a delight to talk to. A great asset to CRG!

Jul 10,2023From start to finish we found CRG helpful, professional and the workmanship excellent. We had 12 panels, battery inverter and EV charger installed back in February. I waited until mow to see how things work out. I have contacted CRG a few times just for minor questions and the customer service was top notch. If we want to upgrade anything CRG would be my first port of call.
