They pull no punches providing good pricing and great customer service. You can communicate with them in multiple ways. If only my electrical company were equally great and fair. .

Not taking into account price fluctuations(900$USD in 3weeks for a miner, but they also state in the FAQ that prices fluctuate acording to market, so no biggie imo). Smooth customs process from their end(invoice&tx proof). Top of the class customer support (next to LMGs LTT store), 24h support4real! quick& on point answers. I did not feel left on air on anything to my surprise, &thats impressive! Order arrived well, had a hole in the box from shipping, but miner was intact. Works as expected. Another unit on its way :).
