May 10,2023I am currently planning on buying an S19j and new to crypto mining. I had some questions concerning power supply and shipping so I went to the live chat and asked about shipping (fees, vat, etc.). I was assisted by Stella and she was very nice and could answer all my questions very clear. She also told me about some sources where I could find out some more information about mining and miners. I couldn't find my answer anywhere else but they were answered fast and really good by her. I will definitly buy a miner and will probably continue. 10/10 would recommend!
