I received a bill from ups 3 weeks later for duty fees. I thought this was included according to rabbid mining. I used his discount code but now I have to pay extra. I will just order from goldshell directly they shipping is faster cost is cheaper so I can use those savings for any duty fees. Resellers are good if you really don't have patience and don't mind paying extra. UPDATE: The team contacted me and refunded me the balance of the COD amount. I have to say they have great customer service. Sometimes it's slower because of the time delay but they do follow up.

This was my first time ordering from this company. I ordered 2 Goldshell kd 2 box miners. I placed my order on February 1st. I had to do a wire transfer of the funds because of the Coinbase hack, which took roughly 4 days for them to verify. The longest part in the whole process was waiting for the miners to ship. I received both miners on March 3rd. Han was a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend this company.

The client support team was just remarkable. I am from Portugal and my order (Goldshell KD BOX II) took a little time until they fully processed the order for shipping, but it arrived in optimal condition. The following is what my order entailed: - 17/01/2023: order received by Crypto Miner Bros; - 18/01/2023: bank transfer details sent to me; - 18/01/2023: made international payment by Wise (my homebanking did not allow to transfer to outside Europe); - 22/01/2023: payment reception confirmed by Crypto Miner Bros and order is being processed; - 04/02/2023: order processed, sent by free shipping (DHL Express) and lower invoice for customs (as promised) with tracking number and link; - 06/02/2023: order arrived at Oporto airport customs which requested me 39.88€ to clear customs (payed it, of course); - 10/02/2023: I received the order in my home. Everytime you have a question, just drop by a message in their whatsapp, where the support team will answer you in a professional and swift manner. Their communication also works through e-mail. Would do business again with Crypto Miner Bros :)

Excellent customer service any questions are answered politely and promptly. Had an issue on my end and they kept to the price which I appreciated. Shipping was above excellent got my package faster then I thought possible. I've dealt with other companies and these are the best at customer service, price and shipping. I have no reason to look elsewhere. I definitely recommend Crypto Miner Bros.
