I ordered again, nothing has changed they are still fantastic, Han Su is still a customer service ninja who responds promptly and with valid information when/if needed. My item arrived earlier than expected and in brand new condition as expected. I will only recommend Crypto Miner Bros. to the first time Asic buyer. My 1st and 2nd experience with them have been nothing but stellar and I expect my planned future purchases will go no different.
