Not sure where to start. Cubes is literally the best hosting company for VPS, Minecraft, FiveM servers etc. I've not been very tech savvy, so I joined their discord and opened a ticket to ask for some advice on what VPS would be best for my server. Sharlet answered within 5 minutes and gave me loads of information on what would be best. After the information was provided I decided to order, and I am so glad I did because their services are at an incredible price for amazing quality and server uptime. Sharlet helped me every step of the way and would come back to make sure everything is setup properly. A few days past and I decided to buy a second server, and within a few minutes Sharlet helped me get it sorted. If you are looking for a hosting company, you shouldn't look beyond Cubes. Cubes Hosting is just wonderful, the employees are very very friendly and always happy to help, and helping with the smallest things, I will always be using cubes for any hosting related items in the future. Recently switched to these guys and got to say I'm impressed. They got everything setup for me within a few hours and even introduced themselves. As someone who works a very customer service-based job, it's awesome to see another company that still cares about the customer! After me making a mistake and putting a file in the wrong spot they guided me thru where to properly put it. And even encouraging to reach out to them if I have issues. I love these guys and cant wait to see how my game server will grow with this awesome company!

I bought a VPS a few weeks ago (LINX-1 to be more specific). I had some trouble setting up Caprover (PaaS) with Docker and NodeJS. I made a ticket and a staff member called Sharlet helped me within 10 minutes. He was really calm, had a lot of experience with this stuff and gave me also advice for the future. The website and checkout process was really easy to follow and their Discord gives me a business feeling rather than a standard community feeling. Here all pro's and cons in a overview: Pro's: - Quick response on tickets - What you see is what you get - Simple checkout process - No laggy services Con's: - Prices can be suprise sometimes because of the VAT added at the checkout page

I remember choosing this company to host my discord bot about two years ago. As a beginner in programming, I found the service to be amazing and very affordable! The support is even better, they even helped me with technical stuff. I was never disappointed by their service and I don't think you will. I really recommend this to everyone!

Honestly Cubes.Host has such a low downtime and even if it goes down it will be back up as soon as it can be, All of the staff are friendly and quick to respond to your ticket/issues and will always solve your problem, Prices are absolutely reasonable, Been with cubes.host for the past year. You won't regret it honestly.

I've not been long here using this service but dang, I love this support & hosting quality. So first off they're cheap, like, really cheap. I've not been expecting much quality to be honest but wow have I been proven wrong. I had a problem at the beginning, wrote a ticket and got an answer very fast. Support was very nice and resolved the issue quickly. They put love and heart into their responses. Also they use the opportunity to always find the cheapest and best option for the use case. Hell, they even let a user try out a Service and if they're not happy u can ask if you can use the credits for a different type of Service (Ofcourse in a reasonable time frame) All in all. I'm very happy with their services and I can't wait to use their services to the full extend. I will keep this updated in case I have a bad experience but for now this is **Perfect**

Cubes ist eine sehr guter Hosting Service, da wenn man Probleme hat, man auf dem Discord Server direkte Unterstützung, bei Problemen bekommt. Außerdem sind die Server in meinem Fall noch nie abgestützt oder haben irgendwelche Probleme gemacht! Also kann man nur weiterempfehlen!
