Sharlet George Kurien is the one who helped me, i knew nothing of node and didn't know how to host my bot using any host so they were able to help me out, the server itself is amazing for its price. Very pleased.

Nov 07,2020I think I can honestly say this is one of the worst web hosts I've ever used. The DNS manager doesn't work for literally anything, the support goes through a thousand solutions and none of them seem to work (They don't know their own systems), and it took forever to set anything up properly due to this. We'll be going elsewhere in the future.

Aug 13,20205 times during a month the services appear to be down, however the prices are extremly cheap and the support is great. I give them 3 stars, i expected a few downtimes with such cheap prices but not all the time.

Jun 02,2020I was skeptical of the prices until I used a trial and got to meet and chat with a few support members. Although they didn't have any NA support at the time, they were still very fast to respond and took my bug report very seriously and even gave me on-site credit for the report!

Feb 19,2021I've had I brilliant experience! I have recently started up my Discord bot and some Minecraft servers for me an my friends & family to play on and the support, the control panel(s), just everything is brilliant! - Support The support is really fast and helpful. I have only had 1 problem but that problem seems to be with PayPal but I got help and it was fixed really fast! The staff are astonishingly polite and super helpful. There even is community support where you can get help and help others easily! - Buying Buying their services is super easy. It's fast and simple using PayPal! There is PayPal subscription and one-time payment! There is other options but I have not used them and preferred to use PayPal because of how I trust PayPal more than the other options and as of how easy it is to use. - Control Panel I find the control panel to be brilliant! It's easy but yet detailed! You can view files and edit them (up-to 1000 lines (of what I've heard from others) and it's easy to save (CTRL+S) and fast). For Minecraft servers you can easily change the version (e.g. 1.16.5), what it uses (e.g. Bukkit), add plugins easily (e.g. a plugin for making Coloured Chat easily) and mod packs. You can also easily upload files and even clone Gits from places such as GitHub (I do not think that this is in all services). - Console The console is really good. You can easily send input in and get a response out! It doesn't need much of a review but it is really good. The console design is really nice and the controls are handy. It also has a usage monitor which adapts to your current usage to your past which is nice and handy. - Price The price is fantastic! Their prices are low and affordable! Comparing them to other services I looked into showed that their prices are brilliant and cheap! - Latency The latency for my Minecraft servers have always been brilliant! I have experienced nearly no lag apart from lag from my PC's WIFI. - Overall (TL;DR) The ease of use and quality overall are incredible! I would recommend these services to anyone! The fact that they have promo-codes with their astonishingly low prices surprises me!
