They explained concepts to me in detail and were very kind throughout it. (Support was done via their discord server ticketing system). Fast and professional.

Sep 21,2021Hello, I would like to share my experience with Cubes Hosting. I am currently renting a Discord robot hosting. There are some very useful features like backups or giving access to the server to another person. There is also a feature that allows tasks to be performed at a given time. you can also create a maximum of 2 databases, which is convenient. You can directly use Github on the panel to be able to clone or pull data from the server. The prices are very attractive. I recently had a problem but it was resolved very quickly by support. The service is impeccable! PS: for invoicing, it takes about a day and a half for the payment to be processed, so be patient.

Aug 23,2021Support is quite fast (in my case i contacted on discord because it is more handy to me every time),the services are very good at the prices they offer, the latency is quite low (i am from Romania) and the activation is quickly. I had experience with several hosts even more popular but not with such a good price and especially the servers where I woke up with a lot of latency or ping in case of hosts some games (and in case you need a host on cs go, minecraft, fivem, unturned, terraria etc you can easily call at the best price in my opinion at VPS).

Jul 30,2021I got charged twice due to some technical issue and opened a ticket on their Discord server requesting assistance. The staff asked me for details regarding the duplicate transaction which I provided. It's been over a month since the ticket's been opened and the issue hasn't even been resolved. This is atrocious. Edit: The issue has been resolved and I was compensated with 14 cents (15% of the refund)
