The best advantage for me is that we can set a target exchange rate in advance, and just wait for the trasaction, which gives us quite relieved feeling on each transfer. The only disadvantage so far is that we have to pay for the remitting fee from EURO zone to the disignated British bank, after UK got out of EU.
