My first time that i transfer money with currencytransfer and they are just horrible. They lied to me and they are keeping silence now and i don‘t know where my money is. They promised me if i make a payment on 2nd of February the money is going to be in my account on 6th of February. Today is the end of the day 12 of February and currencytransfer keeps silence. The last info i got was on 7th of February and they told me that they did not receive anything and i should send a transfer confirmation from my bank. My bank ensured me that the money was sent and this is totally unusual that the money did not get to into the target bank after more than 5 working days! I wrote to Mr Nick who does not seem to care a lot about my case. If i don‘t get my money in 3 days i will lose the apartment. I transferred more than 90,000 Euro and i need my money as soon as possible. People be careful, they are not honest and they don‘t give me any reasonable explanation. I might change my review if i get my money within 3 days and a good explanation. I regret not sending my money with the bank. I had to pay more but i know that i will get the money. ************************** 27.02.2022 Update: 1. Until now i did not receive the money. 2. Currencytransfer says that should be a correspondence bank and the problem is there. My bank says it is SEPA and in Euro and it is a direct transfer. 3. Mr. Nick from Currencytransfer contacted me and asked me to change my review on Trustpilot, people in this company are proud and keep saying that their reviews on Trustpilot so good. But if people read just the bad reviews as i just did now, you will find how many victims were told very similar things. I am not sure what they are doing? I really do regret sending the money with them. Something is wrong but i don‘t know what exactly. Why i had to send to Estland and not UK and then Saudi Arabia? They are based in London! So many Questions are crossing now my mind! Why people from this company keep contacting by phone, whatsapp and almost NOTHING in writing? So no one can use the writing as a material against them? ********************************** 19.03.2022 Update: No money until now. Currencytransfer and RationalFX insist that there is no any trace of the transfer in the system of the Railsbank and they confirmed this in writing. My bank confirmed to me that the response of an inquiry about the transfer came from the Railsbank itself. So you can guess who is lying here. Banks and Transfer companies are sooo terrible nowadays. Don‘t you think you will get away with this. No matter how long it takes or how much it costs. Shame on you! To be continued… I will keep updating the story till the end. ------------------------------------------------------- Last Update on 20.05.2022: Finally I got my money transferred back to my original sent bank account. I complained the transfer to the financial Authorities in UK (Financial Ombudsman Service) and after just three weeks RationalFX told me that they found the money. Before I complained this to authority, 11 weeks of waiting and hearing stupid words like we don"t know where the money is. I would like to mention here that I complained the transfer under the name of RationalFX and Currencytransfer but the financial authority told me the complain goes only under the name of RationalFX. The transfer was to a bank account owned from the RationalFX. People do not waste your time and money, and more important your nerves. Bunch of liars working at those companies and I never believed them after they started telling me lies directly after I made the transfer.

I was sceptical at first as it's a very good rate. I've just transferred 5k amounts consistently as they don't charge a service fee, they make there money in the rate difference.
