Nov 18,2021I use Currency Transfer for exchanges between Singapore Dollars and British Pounds and I am very happy with the service. The teething problems I had early on were down to my bank's website rather than Currency Transfer's system which is very user friendly. You might like to note that the fact that you don't cover Malaysian Ringgit has meant that I had to go to Wise for that service. I have found Wise equally as good as Currency Transfer, so I hope your rates will remain extremely competitive in the future.

Oct 26,2021Their support for western time zones in the US and Canada is non existent. You can't even leave a voicemail. It is very difficult to reach anyone in their offices if you have any type of issue or urgent need.

Jan 19,2022t let them know immediately instead of sitting on the money.I was given a decent explanation afterwards making my point that if a customer has not completed all required then they should be notified immediately. I believe they will do this so I will upgrade the performance to 80%
