Outstanding service from the guys at Currency Transfer. I have no hesitation in recommending them. They made the process easy and quick. Importantly the team we're always available to answer my questions, they happily talked me the through the process in language that was simple and easy to grasp, this was especially helpful as I wasn't familiar with the processes involved. We saved 000's v's a traditional bank transfer.

Amazing service, especially by Nick. He made a scary six-figure transaction from USD to EUR for a property purchase in Germany a breeze. Do not throw money away in transaction fees at highstreet banks. This is legit.

Experience was good but I would have preferred if the platform was capable of remembering searches and also not log out so frequently. One other thing that would be useful if were possible is more data on how the fx has been moving. Eg graphs? Incidentally I was very appreciative of a phone call last week to advise me of a big interest rate decision that could affect the fx rate. This may have been my misunderstanding but I was also expecting a range of brokers to select from as I am not entirely clear what I couldn't have got directly from the conpany offered.

Unbelievably fast in every aspect. Quick, simple process to setup and activate my account. Spoke to a guy called Tom who was very helpful. Did my first transaction a short while later, expecting the recipient would receive funds in 2-3 days and then couldn't believe it when I got confirmation within 12 hours that it had been received.

Normally I transfer everything with the bank, but now I had to transfer a large amount of money, so I was looking into alternatives to get better rates and lower fees. I decided to go ahead with currencytransfer.com since they were very reactive and helpful in setting up the account. I was very weary, suspicious and nervous to use an online system like this, and they suggested to do a test transfer to see how it worked. I used that suggestion, and everything worked fine. Then I did the big transfer, and I was, again, very nervous. Would it be a scam, would I lose all my money?? But, it went perfect! They kept their promises, kept me informed, and I saved a lot of money. A special thank you has to go to Nick, he is amazing. He guided me through every step, and reassured me that everything would be fine. So if you have any doubt to use an online system instead of the standard bank transfer, please don't hesitate to use currencytransfer.com.

This was my first time to use an intermediate company to handle my international transfer. I was really wary but after extensive research, they seemed not only to be more knowledgeable about international transfers than my investment company in the states, but were cheaper than wiring money right from that financial institution to my bank overseas, plus they knew the exact amount I would receive. The exact. Just to become a member one has to provide pretty thorough information as to one's identity. This let me know right away, that they needed to trust me (against money laundering?) as much, if not more than I needed to trust them. Once you are registered as a member and can login, their site is really easy to navigate and the exchange rate corresponds exactly to on-line currency values so that their offer changes accordingly every few seconds. Their are no hidden charges. None. What you agree to is what you get in the bank. Finally, one would think that the whole transfer would be really impersonal, but it wasn't, at least not for me. I was contacted a few times both by telephone and e-mails to re-assure me and give me guidance. Plus, I even made the idiotic mistake of writing the wrong IBAN number, which they picked up on in London. They actually phoned me to discuss it. You get constant updates and PDF's. One other thing. I mistakenly put down a date which their intermediate bank would receive my funds on (the next day) which was really cutting it close as to how fast my institution could get the funds there. After an e-mail to their office and a phone call the next morning, however, they gave me friendly reassurance that they could work with the time difference. So, there you have it. I transferred the minimum amount (5000 GBP) as a trial run, and then the full amount (quite a hefty sum) a few days later. It all went like clockwork. The advantage with Currency Transfer.com is that they can transfer large sums of money all at once as opposed to lots of small sums. And their price is great - their rate was 300 GBP cheaper than wiring it direct from the U.S.A. I will always use them now, and recommend them. Thanks Nick, Tom, and the whole team!

My experience has not been good. Money transferred disappeared for 2 weeks, trade not paid out when it said it would be, Funds i was told were transferred were not Mistakes were make using and iphone on forward trades, i was told that would be cancelled it was not and i lost money with them I read your response - and simply do not agree your people didn’t make me aware of ANYTHING until after the event at which point it is pointless and erroneous
