More competition would presumably lead to more favourable rates. It would be helpful if you could reduce the gap between the mid-market rate and the offered rate.

Mar 31,2017I saved a lot of money transferring USD to Israel with this company. They could have walked me through the process better for a first timer. Things which were obvious to them were not so to me. I needed to have been treated like a child, rather than an experienced investor. I will continue to use them for all my USD transfers. They are good guys to deal with.
