In addition their customer service answer questions within minutes, and is always on hand to help eg if precise amounts don't add up - five star and highly recommended!

I wasn't quite clear on the exact steps, which ended up causing some problems/delays because my transfer from my US bank to their intermediary in the UK had a (big) hiccup, but all ended well. I kept in contact with them throughout.

Jul 03,2017I have used CurrencyTransfer twice so far- once for a big transfer (deposit on a flat), and once for a smaller cash transfer. Both times the experience was transparent, smooth, painless and ultimately money-saving (~£2K for the larger one). Transferring money no longer has to be something you go to your high street bank for, who charge whatever they want and you just have to accept it and move on- there is definitely space for competition in this service and I would happily use the service again. I would recommend this company
