Was the chat agent initially, and he has followed up as I requested with all the pricing, options, sizing, etc. currently at the sample stage, while I finish my design and art work. The samples were beautifully rendered and made me feel comfortable and confident in the quality I expect. Robert and his team have been quick and thorough with my project, and I look forward to the finished piece! And the pricing was very competitive, beating out other applicants for my opportunity.
