Oct 18,2024Dishonest listings and horrid customer service. Their website stated a part was in stock and would ship the same day. Shortly after placing the order, I received an email confirmation with a few disclaimers regarding delays in shipping and that my item would be shipped direct from manufacturer. When I called the customer support number to clarify, I waited 23 minutes to speak to someone regarding an existing order only to be disconnected by their system. I called back, this time using the "place a new order option" and someone picked up. Huge red flag here as once they get your money, they have no interest in helping you, but to help you place an order they answer immediately. The representative I spoke to had no way of verifying if or when my order had been shipped and suggested I wait a day or two "to see what happens". I stated that was unacceptable as my part was supposed to be in stock and shipped the previous day. I requested to cancel my order and the representative refused. Avoid this company like the plague! Spend your money at a retailer who is honest and cares about the customer service they provide.

Oct 11,2024Keep your money, go to another trucking supplier. They sold me a pair of running boards specifically for my make and model and they were not for my make and model when they arrived. They said I could return them but I was responsible for the shipping $332.00. They only cost around that much plus they wanted a 25% restocking fee for their mistake. Go to American Trucks when it’s a problem on their end they pay for everything. I will also make sure my company doesn’t purchase any truck related items from them since I’m the maintenance coordinator at my employer who is responsible for purchasing. STAY AWAY.

Sep 27,2024Terrible customer service. Damaged part. Submitted email request. No answer for a week. Call and girl says she will get it taken care of. No answer for a week. Follow up email. No answer. Follow up call - same girl says she’ll take care of it. Yea right. Explain that I have a vehicle that’s been down for over 2 weeks she tells me I can buy another bracket while they work through it. Yea right. I did just that. Bought it from summit racing a supplier that guaranteed will back their products. I wouldn’t use 4wheelparts.com if they were my last resort.

Aug 20,2024Ordered upper and lower door brackets for my jeep since the ones I have are corroding already on a 2016. Upper brackets came in just fine. The lower brackets however, were ALL horrible. Dents, scratches, paint chips. Also, the foam padding that each ones sits in did not have a brackets in it. They were all over in the box. Called customer service, got ahold od Daphne. Somewhat snotty and a little rude. Sent pictures of everything. Corresponded through email. Was offered a full refund upon their inspection or a $100 credit on an order that was over $450. I stated I wanted an exchange and she said ok. No exchange happened. They issued a full refund for the lower brackets instead. Emailed her 2 times asking what was going on. No response. Had to call to find out No exchange was issued. Very very very disappointed. Especially when this company was advertised on "Undercover Boss". I watched that freaking episode. Don't bother and waste your time or money.

Jul 17,2024Order a high performance power steering pump for my 04 Silverado Z71 said it was a direct fit went to put it on reservoir wouldn’t work high pressure fitting was wrong and bolt that secured it to bracket were 3/8-16 bolts not the metric bolts that can with old pump was a hassle putting it on called customer service and she hung up on me never buy from them again!

Apr 29,2024I ordered a set of tires and wheels online, then I read the reviews here. I thought I made a poor choice, but the wheels arrived in 4 days and the tires arrived in 6 days. No complaints here. I'd order form them again because their prices are hard to beat.

Mar 26,2024I wish I would have read these reviews before dealing with this company. Good luck getting anyone from customer service to help. Still waiting on a refund for a product I never received and was returned back to their warehouse over two weeks ago. Finally got a customer service rep on the phone today and asked about the status of my refund and I quote "I do not have any information at this time, you should get an email soon" Purchase what ever it is you are looking at from literally anywhere else!!

Jan 27,2024Had death wobble with my lifted Jeep Wrangler! Sent it there and agreed to pay $155 hourly rate to diagnose my suspension and problem. Was told that I had to replace nearly the entire front-end suspension on my Jeep with 28,000 miles...never even 4 wheeled with it. Lower & upper ball joints, drag link, tie rods, steering stabilizer, track bar...etc. Even put in estimate new tires, that I still have 15 - 20k mile left on, plus $450 for 5-year warranty on work & $300 for Lubes/cleaner/hdwr. 4 hours labor @ $155 just for ball joints & drag link...lol. Total estimate $4,900...although $2,200 of that was for new tires, balance & align. Decided to do it myself and researched it, saying I should 1st get my tires rotated & balanced. Went to another store and they said they would do a quick check on suspension when rotating tires. They found 2 loose bolts and tightened them, plus rotation, balance. Total bill $75 and problem fixed. Stay away from this company!

Dec 06,2023Bought a full set of jw speaker lights and had to wait months for the headlights so I asked for a refund. Lmao not so easy they were bought out the next day. So had to fight for my money back then had issues with my turn signals they said sorry the recite was canceled. So we are not helping with your problem.

Nov 18,2023I ordered 5 wheels and 5 tires from 4WP. I cancelled my order the next day as I was given a complete set as a gift. They cancelled the order but said they could not issue a refund until they confirmed that my order didn't ship. That was one month ago and I still don't have a refund or wheels and tires to return.
