Feb 19,2025I would highly recommend this company. They made a lovely and very high quality job of our garden room. The whole process was easy, on time and fuss-free. Anna in the office was really helpful. The team on site for the build was great too, really efficient, organised and courteous.

They worked hard and produced a high standard build. Anna in the office was so helpful and kept us informed through the whole process. I highly recommend the whole team.

Feb 06,2025The team at CGR are fantastic. The communication from Anna is brilliant, the explanation of the process and keeping us informed was flawless. The showroom is a must visit for those wanting to get an idea of the quality beforehand. The team were all done within 2 weeks, even from laying the concrete foundations and waiting for them to set. The lads on the job were really good lads too, happy to answer questions and kept us updated on what they were doing. Can't recommend them highly enough.

The room was scheduled to start whilst we were on holiday, this wasn't a problem the team turned up and the room was completed within 8 days. Jan 29,2025I can’t recommend Custom Garden Rooms enough, genuinely don’t even bother looking elsewhere for your project. The planning and design phase was seamless, we changed our mind a good few times before settling on what we wanted. There was no fuss regards this at all and really helpful advice. The build itself started on schedule and the speed and quality of the build was amazing. All finished with a large room in 7 days. The lads were all really helpful throughout and got on with no fuss. The end product is brilliant, and we can’t wait to get using it. Highly highly recommended

Jan 29,2025Custom garden rooms north east were brilliant. They kept us well informed from the very start. Arrived on time, were very professional and built the garden office in less time than expected, just over a week. There were minimal disruption I was working from home the whole time. The build quality is excellent it was completed just before our latest winter storm and I was slightly concerned about storm damage but there was no issues what so ever. Really solid construction that didn’t budge.

And I did A LOT of research beforehand on price etc, these guys were the best value by far. Anna in the office was there to answer any questions we had in the lead up etc. Brilliant.

Nov 21,2024We are delighted with our new Garden Room! Throughout the design process and post build, Anna was a pleasure to deal with, answering all my questions and queries promptly and in detail. We plumped for a 7m x 3m room including a hidden shed with red cedar cladding to the front amongst a number of upgrades. From day one of the build, the lads on site were brilliant and very helpful, completing in 10 days as promised. We can't wait to finish decorating and using our new space! I can't rate the team highly enough and would have no hesitation in recommending Custom Garden Rooms North East to anyone interested in getting a Garden Room. Thanks guys!

Jul 18,2024Couldn’t fault Custom Garden Rooms North East. Planning a garden room is a difficult decision, there are so many options but not many showrooms that you can visit to help you make an informed choice. Fortunately we found Custom Garden Rooms North East and they were able to help us plan our new garden room, they have their own showrooms which have been built to show you the different options available. They helped us with the design, layout and options for our garden room. Phil came out to do a site survey to confirm everything would fit and and that the location would be suitable for the build, Anna helped us with the payment options which were perfect for us. No problems at all with the build, the lads turned up on time, were courteous and respectful. They just got on with the job with no disruption to us, carrying out the work to a high standard. They take care of everything from start to finish, from deign to build to plastering to electrics to flooring. The garden room is exactly what we wanted, couldn’t be happier with the finish result.

It's complete with downstair cloakroom and storage cupboard. The room is simply stunning. From the initial consultation, Phil and Anna have guided us through the whole process. All the guys involved in the project, Neil, Phil, Michael, Louis, Craig, and Lee were professional, punctual and gave the best advice. Right from the initial consultation with Phil, to the finishing of the project, the team was extremely punctual, professional and pleasant to talk to. The project has been fully completed to high standards within the promised time and at a very competitive price. The team had to manually dig the site as access for digger was not possible. Our finished room is done to a very high standard and was completed efficiently and within the timescales we had asked due to other building works scheduled at our house, for which we are very grateful. Everyone who worked on site was polite and friendly and Anna at the office was always available to answer any queries and checked in regularly with progress updates. I can highly recommend this company.
