Jul 31,2022I highly recommend Custom Picture Frames. They have a great selection of products. My frames arrived in great shape ahead of schedule and look amazing with my artwork. The picture handing hardware that came with the frames was 1) not attached and 2) too large for the weight of the frame. I got a different set of hardware at the hardware store and hung them up in no time! I would purchase again.

Jul 28,2022My picture looks great in the frame. The color was a little off on the matting but I expected that being that I chose it online and not in person. I was a little disappointed in the quality of the frame itself though. I wish I could have given it a higher rating but the frame quality just wasn't there; it started coming apart as I was cautiously placing the picture in the frame. But as I said the framed picture looks good hanging on my wall.

Jul 26,2022Im not really a fan of the frame i received. It bows and the mounting wasn't easy. for the price i paid i expected a much better product. Next time i need an item framed i'll probably just pay the same price & go to a local framing store.

Jul 18,2022I bought a frame to use with a print I already had. The selection was great and the wood frame arrived just fine and is quite attractive. I had not realized that the mechanism for keeping the foam-core backing in place would be little pointy metal bits that get stabbed into the wood. They have to be extracted from the wood in order to place your print (challenging with a pair of needle-nose pliers, and I'm pretty handy about these things). But then, the hard part, is putting them back in place. Oddly, among the online instructions at Custom Picture Frames, there doesn't seem to be anything referring to this process or suggesting how to do it. What really is the right tool? Are there tricks? So the whole process turned out to be more difficult than I had fully expected.

Jul 15,2022Frame was well constructed but since it was for a shadow box I needed a thicker backing in order to tack items to. Would be nice to have had at least 3/8” foam backing (had to fabricate my own and cover to fit). Silver paint on front wasn’t as rustic as your rep indicated but my finished product does look better than I thought it would. Kathleen Shaver

The web site provided all options, especially sizing we could not find at other sites. Communication & CS was outstanding, and we were contacted several times to verify the details of our order. Custom fabrication was very fast AND perfect. Shipping was timely and the protective packaging was exceptional. A wonderful shopping experience!
