Sep 20,2022I ordered 3 frames from CPF, I had trouble with the website the first time, 2 of the frames were the wrong size and had glass which I did not want. After contacting the company they replaced the 2 frames with new ones and let me keep the ones that did not fit instead of asking me to ship them back which I appreciated. The new frames look wonderful, I appreciate the customer service and came very promptly! Will definitely be using them again!

Sep 16,2022Whittaker Rabbet Depth: 2" I assumed this meant the useable depth between glass and backing in the shadowbox would be 2". The depth of the shadow box without glass or backing is 1 3/4". So I have no idea where the 2" rabbet nonsense is coming from. Actual Depth 1.5" at best, if you removed the backing holders After backing holders are in place the useable shadowbox depth is closer to 1 3/8" This did cause some issues and I had to shave down my parts 1/2", or expand the depth of the frame, in order to fit under the glass/acrylic. Prices seemed fair Delivery time was ok Quality of the frames was good

Sep 22,2022I recently had my first experience with Custom Picture Frames. I needed a 46" x 16" frame for a panorama I was putting together for my daughter. Didn't want to spend an arm and a leg for a frame and non-glare plexi of this size. CPF provided a frame and plexi in precise measurements for my piece. The frame itself was very well made and was true to advertised color. Delivery took 2 weeks+, longer than expected, but the product was high quality and very good value.
