Jan 05,2023i wrote a review and i need to correct myself. i had several frames from different places come in and got them mixed up. my previous review said my frame was almost perfect but had scratches and a chip i had to fix. that is 100% wrong! this frame WAS PERFECT! i also didnt receive this frame right before the holidays so i received one email about shipping, it arrived on time was VERY well packaged and had NO FLAWS. again i apologize for my mistake on the first review.

Dec 06,2022I was worried about ordering such a large frame online. I shouldn't have been! My frame is perfect! The mat is perfect, too, and the hanging hardware was easy to install. I love the way it looks in my office!

Dec 05,2022Love the frame. It's very well made and a great price for a custom box frame. My only complaint is the hanging hardware. There was a hook in the box that's meant to be pushed into the back of the frame, but the wood is too hard to push it in by hand. I worry that if I use a hammer or mallet it will cause the frame pieces to separate at the corners which would make a visible line in the paint. So, I still haven't figured out how to hang it.
