On a side note: the customer service excelled! even when their was a problem they helped me with that and were amazing! Thanks!

Mar 13,2022The frames ordered came in inside of a secured box, well wrapped and protected. All frames and the matts were perfectly cut. Note: it is important to measure the artwork precisely and to take into account the area that will be covered by the matt, if selected. If measurements are provided correctly, the end results are perfect. One of the frames in my case was 1/2" too short in width but it was due to my own fault, as I forgot to add the extra 1/4" on each side when I provided the measurements. That's how precise they are. Overall quality of the products are quite satisfactory as well. It comes out to be significantly less expensive than Michaels or other framers, if one is ready to put the work into it himself/herself - not very difficult though.

Finally ordered a custom frame and it makes me so happy seeing this print every day now! Frame arrived quickly, exactly to specifications, and at a very reasonable price.

Customer Service was extremely helpful in assuring that I was ordering the correct sizes for my fairly large puzzles. They look great when hung on the wall.

Mar 06,2022For once, I have no complaints. I bought an old map with odd dimensions, so I had to order a custom frame for it. This website was incredibly easy to use. It was easy to find the answers to all of my questions (UV protective acrylic, sizing, etc.), and my frame arrived really quickly, despite Covid shipping delays. I'm so impressed, and my map looks amazing in its new frame.
