Jan 21,2022The frames are terribly cumbersome! The back of the frame has about 30 prongs to hold the glass and picture in the frame. Would not recommend!

A chose a second, similar frame to my exact specifications that arrived in excellent packaging to protect the integrity of the frame. Great product and friendly, fast service. I'll be ordering again. Jan 19,2022The frame was exactly what I ordered, and while it included the hanging hardware kit, the kit included 3 instead of 4 screws, so I had to go to my local hardware store to try to purchase an additional screw to be able to install the hooks.

Jan 19,2022The product was perfect! Customer service is amazing! Fed Ex reported our shipment delivered, but it was no where to be found. Filed a claim with Fed Ex, and then emailed Custom Picture Frames. They apologized and said they would send a replacement ASAP! It was the start of a weekend. Two days later, our neighbor (who had been out of town) texted to say he had one of our packages at his house. Luckily, I was able to contact CPF in time to stop the replacement shipment. They were great! Fed Ex? 0 stars! CPF? All the stars!

Jan 16,2022We’ve been looking for a very particular sized-frame for a while now and I was so thrilled when I stumbled upon Custom Picture Frames and discovered that they not only had what we were looking for, but at a very reasonable price! I was nervous about getting it shipped (I’ve had bad experiences with getting frames shipped before)- but it arrived safely. And it was delivered quickly too! If I need another hard-to-find sized frame, I will definitely be back!
