Feb 04,2022We have ordered from Custom Picture Frames 3 times now, and the quality of the frames have been consistently good yet at a price bargain. The delivery is also pretty quick. Their custom service was also really reliable and friendly. In one of the orders I accidentally finished the transaction before being able to apply a coupon code. I called them the next Monday, and they were able to refund me the discount portion of the cost right away.

I had two prints from a trip to Spain that were odd dimensions and went to Michaels for custom frames but it was going to be over $200 so I went to custom frames and it was about half maybe even less than half. The process was easy and just what I wanted.

Jan 29,2022I had several problems with my order. The original frame was out of stock, and I had to choose a different style to replace it. Then, the frame was delivered with a small but noticeable white defect spot on a dark wood frame. But, Annie was very helpful. She worked with me through the entire process and in the end, my original style came back in stock and was delivered without further incident. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, but this customer service team seems up to the task when things don't turn out perfectly the first time.

Custom Picture Frame delivered a precisely correct frame with the appropriate matting as a border. A great job. The packaging it arrived in was outstanding. No damage or scratches of any type. Overall, a great product.

Jan 25,2022I was impressed with the quality of this wooden poster frame in a custom size. An online competitor did not have poster frames customizable to the odd 37” length which is what I needed. Good price for a custom frame. Four small things keep me from giving 5 stars: 1) I was surprised to find that I was required to screw in my own hardware— it seems like it would be a small thing for the manufacturer to do; 2) instructions which say to place the hardware 1/3 from top of frame seem wrong— about 1/4 from the top seems to be better; 3)diagram showed, but instructions should warn that you should slant the hardware slightly toward the center on thin frames to make sure the hardware doesn’t show on the outer edge; and 4) could not tell from online description whether frame came with a backboard— it does.
