Jul 07,2022I ordered a Martha Tote Bag as a birthday gift. It arrived in time but did have a small hole in the bottom of the bag. The stitching looks o.k either side of the hole so I'm hoping it doesn't get any bigger. I realise these products are hand made from recycled materials but better quality control would have prevented the bag from being sent out in that condition.

Be aware that the name on your debit/credit card is not Cycle of Good, I had a mild panic not knowing who had charged to my card.

May 24,2022Very happy with everything apart from the delivery company who missed 1st one (days pay lost) and then wouldn’t wait for me to check item even after he’d carried it with the ‘this way up’ arrows pointing down. Cycle for good were great with communications though and the bike works perfectly

May 23,2022Delivery was delayed twice. First time was notified, second time was not. Came the day after it was supposed to be rescheduled for. I appreciate it's a reconditioned bike - but definitely not worth £450. Closer to £250 perhaps.

Jul 09,2022I purchased this item to replace my first one on which the zip had broken, the runner came away from the teeth. As I had been very pleased with my original I decided to replace it. It arrived in good time and was just as good, until! Yesterday the zip broke again, the same problem as before, something that Cycle of Good must address.
