Sep 30,2022Love the ethos but quality/utility is a bit mixed & products need a bit of work. The zip on the coin purse failed immediately. The wallet only really holds 4 cards, makes retain sweat & you get a wet pocket (yes I should have thought of that!). Wash bag seems OK - hoping the zip will hold. Key rings are bulky but should help with not losing keys, pocket holds one coin or a few plectrums.

Sep 21,2022Straightforward to order on the website and the bike was delivered in the timescale indicated. Courier gave notification the day before delivery and arrived in the time slot given The bike was well packed and mostly assembled other than tightening handlebar, attaching pedals and panniers. I love the bike, got the elephant version for trips to the allotment and I can get a lot of produce and tools in the front basket and panniers. It only has 3 gears so hills are hard work but all good exercise. Obviously not a trail bike. It might be recycled but refurbished and like new. There is a bonus the purchase helps provide help for someone less fortunate. No experience of after sales service or support, not needed it. Also have not been bombarded with emails after subscribing to news and updates.

Sep 13,2022I am thrilled with my bike and the ethos of the company makes me doubly happy. The customer service is second to none. The bike looks stunning and is a comfortable ride. The baskets are beautifully made and very sizable, perfect for my needs (transporting gardening equipment and produce). Several of my firends have asked where I got it so I am hoping that they get one too and we can have a wee Elephant Bike Cycling club!! Really a very happy cyclist here. Thank you!

Nov 10,2022I bought a 'wonky' inner tube belt. Love it. Couldn't spot quite what made the belt wonky, but really like the quality of the belt and its decorative stitching. Have previously bought a small, zipped inner tube bag which is perfect as a tool bag for my bike packing adventures.
