Aug 10,2020Really great bike and great service all the way through. Lots of email communication throughout and a phone call once it was ready to be delivered and they wanted to confirm a delivery date. They didn't give an estimated time of arrival when I first ordered. A little less than 2 weeks in, I emailed to find out the status and they responded right away to say it takes 2-4 weeks to custom build it, but then I got the call that it was ready a few days later (so somewhere between 2-3 weeks). Really easy to put together with all the instructions and tools. Been out enjoying the bike ever since!

Aug 06,2020I was looking for a bike for a very long time, and time scales from Halford, Argos and any of the usual shops werent working. I ordered my bike and within a few weeks I was riding again! The background to the charity, how it’s made, and the bike itself is great! Would 100% recommend.

There was then a very friendly follow up email asking how i liked the coffee. So great customer service without feeling imposed on or harassed.

I use it for shopping, picking up produce from the allotment and because it reminds me of when I was a kid and bikes were simple. Forget about the weight you're not gonna do long rides on it and it should keep going forever.
