I love my bike and it has many admirers. I cycle to work daily now and my bike has inspired 3 colleagues to start cycling to work too. I am proud to have helped others so many others in purchasing an ethical product that gives me so much pleasure.

The whole experience was excellent, the ordering process is simple and an email confirmation received as well as information on lead time and assembly. I received a call to arrange delivery to suit me rather than the usual random day which was great. The bike is fab and exactly as expected, it really exceeded my expectations, the tray is so handy. Be aware if ordering the pannier rack is very wide and doesn’t fit a lot of standard bags. The front light bracket is also hard to find lights for, it’s the old style spade bracket, so you’ll probably have to use a handlebar mount. It’s also odd when you first ride because the front tray is mounted to frame not the handle bar so doesn’t move as you turn. It’s very sensible but disconcerting at first. To summarise the bike is great and the service is amazing, and as a charity by buying one you’re doing something great for someone else.

The delivery was perfect. Lovely, friendly and helpful driver. The packaging was perfectly suited to purpose and putting the bits together was easy. The bicycle is so beautiful, I've made many new friends in my neighbourhood just from riding this around haha. I was incredibly nervous being a very heavy novice rider but I was assured the bicycle supports over 300lbs in weight. It feels super sturdy and safe without being too heavy for me to manage and I've been riding every day. I haven't attached the basket yet but it is clearly well made and large enough to carry a week's worth of groceries so very handy to have.

Placed the order easily, then received a phone call a couple of weeks later asking when I wanted delivery. I said straight away and received next day. Packaging was excellent with a fun label. Bike is sturdy and in excellent condition, love the baskets too, really handy. Would highly recommend. Such a good cause too.
