Hi,this charity is amazing, not only have I bought one of the most comfortable bike's ever the charity has done so much more. Purchasing one of these bikes enables the charity to help other's in this country and abroad whilst helping the planet and economy. Governments could learn a lesson by following such a selfless example.....Great work.....and THANKYOU

The little card wallet is a perfect size to slip in a jersey or trouser pocket. The washbag is roomy but squashes down in your luggage. Both are well stitched, good designs. And the items were dispatched promptly.

I bought the palmleaf panniers, innertube straps, and front basket for the Elephant bike. They are beautiful and smell wonderful. The basket sits quietly in the rack and gently pads shopping. The panniers are a nice regular shape inside, and again provides some padding for jars or bottles. I got these as my old vinyl panniers were breaking where they hook onto the rack. The palmleaf panniers are no help here: the innertube straps are stretchy under a load, and it's awkward doing up a buckle one-handed while holding a heavy pannier with the other. Hence three stars.

Fantastic service. Even though the delivery company mislaid the Cycles for a day or two, thecycles arrived earlier than expected, and were in great condition. Company called me every day until this was sorted. Very professional service and all worked out well. The cycles I bought are very good quality and I could not have bought better.

I was so excited to receive the elephant bike - exceeded expectations. Really easy to unpack and get going. I love riding the bike and it feels all the better for knowing that someone else has also benefitted. Its sturdy and looks great. More than 1 person has stopped me to ask me where I got it from.

I had been considering getting an Elephant Bike for a while. I'm a keen cyclist but wanted a shopping, allotment, picnic, runabout type bike. Unfortunately I made my decision just as (correctly) they took the decision to suspend production due to the COVID19 outbreak. The website said to email so that's what I did. I got an explanatory email straight back explaining the situation. I was emailed a couple of times for updates and was told as soon as I could place an order. I got a call a few days later to say the bike was ready and making sure I would be in to collect. It arrived the next day, well packaged up and an hour later i was out on it. I love it and so does everyone who sees it. They love the colour and the look of it. It's super useful and flexible. It's great having a normal clothes bike that I can pop to the shops on. It's a fantastic project too (the rehabilitation aspect of the people who rehabilitate the bikes and the fact that at bike goes to Africa for every one we buy). People love hearing about that. All in all a great experience. Communication was great, the product is great and the concept is great. Buy one

Great product recycling bike inner tubes - very neat and robust. And quick delivery. Most of all, CoG is a way of bringing earnings into some very poor areas. Top marks.

I think what you do is great. I have sent inner tubes to you and recent bought my first item - a lunch bag - which is really excellent quality. Really well made. Good luck with all you do. I post my inner tubes but it would be good to have a collection point in Swindon Wiltshire. When I put my post code in to the website it gives me a Coventry address.
