Feb 05,2024Super easy insurance for my ebike. Always stress my self out when it comes to searching for insurance. I can honestly say it was a breeze . From start to finish it was around 10 minutes and it was done. Emailed my policy through by the time I'd close the web page down. I would recomend this insurance company to anyone. Thank you for making life easy.

Feb 04,2024They have been very good at giving a quote and letting me pay for my policy. The proof of any insurance company though is how they handle a claim. Hopefully I won't have to but if I do, I hope they are just as good otherwise the rating will be very different.

Extremely nice, friendly and polite person and it was a pleasure to speak with him. CyclePlan have been good for me whilst I've been with them so far and Jake was the icing on the cake.

Jan 23,2024Was easy to set up ! Plus straightforward to understand what was & was not covered by the insurance. Was good you can remove or add different parts of insurance like if you don’t go racing you can remove cover but add something else like personal injury .

Jan 19,2024Relatively straightforward to take out the plan only issue was the insurance as online form filling was a bit clunky kept jumping from category I'd chosen to others for some reason and couldn't see start date on quote once you'd been thru the process.
