Sep 18,2022Four stars so far but thinking about it.. I didn’t speak to anyone I just entered the usual into my phone.. the process was good .. the price was good for the cover I require.. I’ve not needed to make a claim yet (fingers crossed I won’t need to) (touch wood etc etc)

If this is anything like their bike insurance they will hand you off to their claims handler, Davies Group who is programmed to make your claim as difficult as possible and not to pay out. When they share your personal details with random third parties they say it's ok! It takes at least 2 weeks to get a reply to your emails, if they reply at all and forget trying to get them on the phone. Then you get the "breakdown in the internal messaging system" excuse where the repairer and the insurer blame each other for not sending reports in a readable format? I've been waiting since April 2022 and still no resolution so am having to resort to litigation! From my personal experience above, this company is happy to take your money but will not pay out. Save your money and go somewhere else
