Jun 21,2024Seems A straightforward solution to the issue of insurance for an ebike. Read the small print with regard to lock specifications. Check euro cover as seems not covered for ebike in EU. Enjoyed the big discount for first registration. All emails answered promptly by knowledgeable staff.

Jun 20,2024I crashed my very expensive road bike during a race. I submitted a claim, was asked to visit my local bike shop for a quotation to repair or replace. Once provided cycleplan honoured the policy and provided several thousand pounds for a full replacement bike within the week. I am extremely happy with the service and will take out another policy when I receive my new bike. Thank you.

Jun 12,2024Decent cover for year one with a "40% discount". Renewal quote was very high and could easily be beaten by shopping around giving better cover for lower price. Online comparison sites offered thsi company's Identical product for less than half of my renewal quote. I received several calls, often silent from a number associated with this company. This seems to be common practice according to "who called me" - I guess they hope you will call back while they try to sell overpriced insurance. These tactics have lost them my business.

Jun 11,2024was considering cycleplan insurance as they seemed like a great option, after reading thru the policy asked a simple question about the accessories cover (would my panniers/contents for an upcoming bike tour if my bike was stolen while they were attached ie are the classed as the *cycle luggage) so emailed customer services. I received a generic reply of "we cant give insurance quotes via email please use the website for an insurance quote"?? in the event of unfortunately needing to use cycleplan I feel that communication/understanding is paramount and given they can answer questions about their own policy. needles to say I wont be using cycleplan and reding reviews from people that have actually tried to make a claim I think I've made the right decision.

Jul 09,2024Had to sort e Bike insurance and went on Go Compare to get a quote. Found Cycleplan very competitive and had insurance sorted within 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend.
