Jul 10,2024I have tried other style companies but DailyLook is the one that's knocking it out of the ballpark for me. And the best part is that you have the same stylist every time so she really gets to know your unique style. That's worth so much to me because I hate shopping in the stores and trying to figure out things on my own.

Jul 09,2024I wrote a detailed description of my lifestyle in the Mountains...not once, but twice. I believe it never really got read, or if it did, they select from what they have at the moment. I called the company and the customer service person did not really listen either. I was yelling trying to get her attention. I did get a note from the stylist to give her another chance; so I did. There is not one thing in the box that fits my lifestyle. I believe their merchandise is what you might find at a store for seconds. They charge too much for items that look like returns from somewhere else. I did keep a few things from the first box but it got worse after that. I live at 9000 ft elevation. It gets hot in the sun and I hike every day. I need sport clothing and NO I told them NO sweaters. I got shirts with "sparkles", a wool or similar pull on pant, low rider jeans, a cheap dress, baggy T shirts, overpriced., and need I say more? I really want out of this!

Jul 08,2024I love the selection of clothes and outfits in general. Good quality but I think is expensive. One more think I would like to see if to be able to reject more pieces of clothing when preview the box so I can keep more items when the actual box arrives.

Jul 08,2024I love the quality of the clothes and my stylist picks really great pieces. I love that she pushes me a bit to try new styles and she makes great suggestions. Other subscription services are less expensive but it really shows in the quality of the clothing.

Jul 08,2024My second box was really great. I felt like the stylist really took notes from my favorited looks and was understanding of my vibe. The quality of the clothes is so much nicer than the items I would typically buy myself... they're pricier, but I like the idea of just focusing on a handful of top-quality, beautiful items each month instead of me going out and buying a lot of poor quality "good deals." I'm slowly trying to turn my wardrobe over into something I love and DailyLook is helping me do that.

My style coach, Ella, is doing a wonderful job easing me into new clothing styles and options, but she also listens and really considers what colors I like, and what I'm comfortable wearing. I really look forward to her clothing combinations in the boxes I get from DL - it's a really fun day when the UPS truck arrives with my latest delivery!

Jul 07,2024I am loving my Daily Look boxes! I am a mom of a 2.5 year old and buying clothes for myself hasn’t been a priority for a few years. It’s also hard for me to make time to go to stores and shop. I was so excited to receive my first and second boxes and they did not disappoint! The clothes are high end, made to last. My stylist listens to what I’m looking for and does a fantastic job picking out what I need. There are 12 different items in each box! It’s an awesome selection. The stylist even gives advice on how to style each outfit. Highly recommend!

Jul 07,2024Customer service has been decent but the price of the items is sometimes twice the price that I can find online, of the exact same clothing item! I’ve used a lot of subscription services and this one has been the most disappointing in both styling (sending multiple floral items when I put in my profile that I hate floral, same with skinny pants, etc. - do they even read the profile preference?!?!) and in price. Super cheap material for items priced at $88 that I could find at TJMAXX for $20 or less. I’m not exaggerating. Also hate the fact I can’t cancel my subscription until all items have been received back by them. Oh, and did I mention it took almost a month to arrive after I received the box preview email??

Jul 07,2024Their items are unbelievably expensive. I've called and emailed them multiple times to cancel my account with no responses. For whatever reason, my last email finally got a reply and the person that helped me did cancel my account. Will never shop with them again.
