Aug 14,2024This company is great. The clothes are absolutely gorgeous and high quality. I tried Stitch Fix before this, and this experience is way better. If you like what's in your curated box, prepare to spend $800-1100 each time. But, you get what you pay for. The stylists are excellent. The first stylist I had kept missing the mark, even with my feedback. I requested a different stylist, and she sent me a box of clothes that are stunning and just what I wanted.

Aug 14,2024I tried two different stylists. The first didn't listen to my preferences at all. The second was a little better but I got sent a size small pants when my profile says Medium. When I reached to customer service they "don't do exchanges" so because I didn't keep my whole box, I didn't receive my discount. Not sure why I am getting penalized for their mistake. I also got a pro top sent to me. I am 43 years old and said I wanted to cover up my stomach. Don't waste you money.

While I enjoyed the convenience of previewing the boxes and the variety of items sent, I encountered several issues that ultimately led to my disappointment. Firstly, the website was frequently down, which made managing my subscription challenging. Additionally, the boxes did not include pricing information, and I only learned the prices after requesting a list of items to address discrepancies in charges. I was shocked to find that many items had a 60% increase. Given the substantial amount I spent, this felt like a waste of money. I subscribed to Daily Look because, after staying home with my kids for four years, I needed professional clothing for work and didn’t have the time to shop. Unfortunately, the service fell short of my expectations, and I need the additional 60% to support my family. To make matters worse, I felt unjustly accused of keeping items I did not, which caused significant stress. Customer service mentioned that items might get lost upon return, but their handling of the situation left me feeling frustrated and disheartened. Overall, my experience with Daily Look was not worth the investment, and I would not recommend it based on my experience.

Aug 12,2024I do love clothing subscriptions. This one is the most expensive I’ve tried. My boxes have been $1,200+. The items in the box are not worth the price of the clothing. Regular t-shirts $70+. I often get a bunch of clothes in each box that are ones that I specifically said I did not want. It’s summertime in Texas and for some reason they keep sending me sweaters and winter clothes!!! This subscription only allows you to remove items instead of all 12. I’m very disappointed on the price and the selections. I’m also disappointed that I selected once a month and it’s been once every two weeks. Two boxes and one month. The styling fee is $40 every time a box goes out. I would not recommend this company due to over pricing, over shipments and poor selections not adhering to the profile and notes.

I like that I have pre-selection before any shipment, I like the flexibility and variety of options from casual to business to dressy, color schemes, preferences, sizes. I like that if it doesn't fit or doesn't look good on me that the return process is so easy. I have a stylist who selects items based on my preferences. I hate clothes shopping and trying things on in a store. Doing this from home is great.

Aug 10,2024Horrendously shady and unethical company. I never write reviews but this company is awful. It's nearly impossible to cancel an order or a subscription, even if it is only in the "preview your order" stage, prior to shipment, and when the customer can still change/remove items from the order. According to their website: "It is impossible to locate one order out of hundreds that are awaiting shipment." If I can still remove items from my order, then you can find it in your warehouse. Do not give DailyLook your business, you will regret it. Clothes are incredibly expensive, they send boxes worth upwards of $900 and hide the prices from the customer until the clothes are actually delivered.

Aug 10,2024Great selection in each box. I wanted to keep most of everything that was sent! It helped build my professional wardrobe and stepped up my casual wardrobe as well. A bummer it is so expensive but quality of clothing is worth it. Somehow my stylist can pick out jeans that fit me perfectly without even seeing me and I can't even do that for myself! Customer service, Vanessa He, was extremely kind and helpful.

Aug 09,2024Megan has got me nailed on her choices for me. I did my best to communicate that at 58 years old I wanted to step out of my box a bit but maintain a classic look. She has created that at every fitting. Stitch fix not so much.
