I like the selection I am given and ability to add items if I want. Clothes are more expensive than I would like however.

I totally disliked DAILYLOOK for multiple reasons. First, it was not ultimately the style of clothing I wanted or needed. I have since subscribed to a different styling box that more fits my needs. DAILYLOOK made it super difficult to cancel thus adding an additional month to my subscription that I didn't want to be subscribed, costing an additional $40 "styling fee" for a style I completing disliked. You have to cancel in a very specific window of time after your box is returned, and being a very busy businessowner myself I don't have extra time to micro-manage delivery returns so I can complete a simple cancel request. They didn't provide styling looks that I liked or enjoyed, the quality of clothing was very midwest, stay-at-home mom vibes. They also don't have a great selection on their online store to apply credits to and their styling credits expire, so it becomes a waste of money experience. Only gave the second Star because they do successfully process deliverys/returns.

The clothes were all of good quality. They came when promised and were easy to return if I did not wish to keep items.

The customer service responses were quick and fixed issues. I specified nothing sleeves and needed longer sleeves but everything was short sleeved except for a jean jacket and a cardigan. I said I was heading to New Orleans the end of the month (hot and humid) so neither long sleeved items were appropriate. I specifically asked for no pink or white and I got both. The fabrics used were so thin and low quality I just couldn’t see paying $80. I did love a pair of jean shorts, the length and fit was great, but again the material was so thin every bump and divot on my thighs could be seen and the material in between my though would rub a hole very quickly. I emailed to cancel the subscription they claimed they did after several attempts to keep me as a customer. I went to the app and according to the app the subscription was still working. So be mindful of double and triple Checking. I happened to get sick and needed more time to send back my garments. That was quickly and easily granted. Thankfully.

Experience was easy. Even with a shipping issue Daily look was efficient and helpful. I keep several pieces. Overall I’m happy. Awaiting the next box.

I look forward to my DAILYLOOK box every other week! My stylist is on point and super efficient! I don’t know why I didn’t try this out sooner

I saw Daily Look on Instagram and decided to give it a try. I love my stylist and she finds unique pieces that are still "me!" Filling out the form helps the stylist find the best sizes and styles for your body type too! I do wish they had a few more affordable options mixed in because I would purchase more in the box that way. I'm looking forward to my next delivery!

Do not use this styling service! I tried my first box and had them cancel it three times because I repetitively and I mean repetitively asked for no cold weather items or skinny leg pants. We are in 75° weather in regardless of how many times I requested spring forward items all I got for the THREE times they tried were sweaters, turtlenecks, blazers, and skinny leg jeans. They obviously do not listen to customers needs. Do not use the service! AND my stylists were not even on their stylist page! Not sure where they came from.

Excellent customer service! I had a death in my immediate family, and was concerned about being billed because I was later than expected returning items I decided not to keep from my recent order. Not only did she show empathy, but made the process so simple. I really appreciate the amazing service!

Unfortunately, my first box was lost in the mail. I was worried that customer service would give me a hassle over the missing box, however, they were extremely helpful and easy to work with. They even refunded my styling fee since I never received the box. I am looking forward to receiving my next box with DailyLook!
