Love the getting the shipments, it’s getting a surprise each time. Once the stylist found my style it was hard to decide which to keep. Quality excellent. Customer service is great!

The customer service is excellent in resolving issues. The clothing is cut large very expensive for cheap material. Not made in USA Hope the company rethinks the stylist it’s very unpopular. Wish you Luck

Excellent customer service. Prices are a little high, but I’m happy to have this service, as shopping is pitiful in my area. I have received 6 or 7 boxes and plan to continue.

My wife has been a subscriber to DailyLook for a few months, and while the concept of a curated clothing subscription initially seemed appealing, her experience has steadily declined. At first, she appreciated the occasional item she liked, even if the majority of the box wasn’t a perfect match. However, this month’s box exposed what I consider to be outright deceptive practices. One blouse arrived with the original retail tag still attached, revealing its MSRP as $40, yet DailyLook priced it at $72. This glaring markup of 80% is unacceptable and completely undermines trust in the service. To make matters worse, after a quick online search, I discovered that other items in the box—such as a pair of pants priced by DailyLook at $130—are available elsewhere for around $70. This strongly suggests that DailyLook may be sourcing items from discount retailers like Nordstrom Rack, re-tagging them, and reselling them at outrageously inflated prices. The poor quality of some items also raises questions about their sourcing practices. The blouse in question, for example, showed worn threads and looked like it had been handled repeatedly, perhaps while sitting on a clearance rack. For a service that markets itself as a premium personal styling experience, this is not only disappointing but also insulting. Adding to the frustration is the complete disregard for seasonal relevance. It’s December, yet this month’s box included shorts and tank tops—items that are wildly inappropriate for the winter season in most climates. This lack of attention to basic styling principles and customer profiles makes it feel like they are simply trying to offload unsold inventory rather than genuinely curating pieces for individual customers. The overall quality of the clothing has been hit or miss, with many items feeling cheap and not worth the price tags attached. While my wife has occasionally found pieces she liked, they were the exception rather than the rule. Combined with the suspicious pricing practices, it’s clear that DailyLook is prioritizing profit over customer satisfaction. Other services we’ve tried, like Stitch Fix and Trunk Club, have their flaws but at least deliver items that align with the season and are fairly priced. DailyLook, on the other hand, feels like a glorified clearance reseller trying to pass off discounted items as high-end. After this experience, there’s no question that we’ll be canceling her subscription. The blatant price gouging, questionable sourcing practices, and disregard for quality and relevance make it impossible to justify continuing with this service. DailyLook needs to be held accountable for its deceptive practices, and until they make significant changes to how they operate, I cannot recommend them to anyone. If you’re considering a personal styling service, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a company that values transparency, quality, and customer trust.

This was a terrible experience. I tried to make it clear on my expectations for the style I had in mind. I emailed my stylist and attached pics with some inspo pics as well. When I previewed my box via the site, I tried to remove all the items. Nothing even came close to what I was aiming for. It let me remove three items. The box came in and it was pretty generic items. The blazer had clearly been worn before, the sleeves were rolled up and it was severely wrinkled. I am 6’0 tall so that’s the main reason I wanted to try this subscription. I have a hard time finding pants long enough. The jeans they sent were way too short, and were ripped (styled that way) and too short. They know how tall I am based on the survey I filled out. Why was every shirt they sent almost like a crop top? WORST of all-this was received right before Thanksgiving. I bagged everything up to be returned. The post office didn’t run on Thanksgiving, or Sunday. Today is MONDAY and I received and email saying I will be charged for my box. OVER $1,000. For ONE BOX?!?!?! For generic clothes that I don’t want, emailed the stylist and received over the holiday? $1,000?!?!?! If this gave me the option, I’d post a picture. The total is $1,044.52. They are straight up, ripping people off, stay far far far far away from this joke of a subscription company.

I am absolutely loving Daily Look ! The styles they have sent me have totally upped my game on my wardrobe and the customer service has been phenomenal. I highly recommend. Wonderful service

In general, I have been pleased with the selections made for me by Daily Look. This last box, however, rather missed the mark. I only kept one item, plus the pajamas, because the others either didn't fit, weren't my style, or just looked blah. I will try one more time in the spring.

I was skeptical at first. But the amount of detail requested in the profile, including links to Pinterest and other social accounts made me think they may really be looking at my preferences. I just received my 2nd box and could not be happier. I have recently lost a lot of weight, and after 21 years in retail I actually hate shopping, nor do I have time for it. Megan, my stylist takes the time to communicate with me and puts a lot of thought into my wardrobe. The styles she sends are rounding out my wardrobe, and surprisingly, broadening my taste. The quality of the clothing is great and very comfortable. The pricing is on the higher side of moderate but with the discounts the price ends up being fair. My husband loves to watch me try on everything and make our selections. The shipping to and from process is simple and easy. Gone are the days of trying on clothes in a store fitting room with poor lighting and nobody to fetch another size. Or the online order with complicated or no returns. This makes shopping easy in the comfort of my own home. I have been recommending Daily Look to all my friends.

Ordered months ago a snowman sweater. The sweater cam months later plain. No snowman. No return ticket in the bag.i have taken reams of pictures and submitted them. They claim they can’t open a simple jpeg file. It opens fine for me. Cheap cheaters. I will dispute payment tomorrow morning and get money back. I have all the pictures documented….

Great options provided. The stylist really listened to what I asked for, but also sent some additional ideas that I loved. The ability to edit a few prior to shipment is very smart. I found this to be helpful in that you don't receive something you already own.

I have loved getting Quality pieces that I would not have necessarily picked myself -- but LOVE!! Additionally the customer service when I have had a need was fast, responsive and capable of resolving the issues -- I love DailyLook!!!
