Nov 26,2024The clothing comes wrinkled and everything is very boxy and oversized and out of date. I have tried three boxes and I'm giving up. Poor quality and looks like things were tried on by other people and just thrown in a box!

Nov 24,2024I have received 3 boxes from daily look and I'm so happy with my new wardrobe! I am 5' 0" tall, so hard to fit in the length. And almost everything has fit perfectly. I am a size 12 or Med/lg and often struggle to find clothes that fit. They have managed to fit me so well. I love the quality of the clothes as well. All very well made items that will last.

I sent an email after I realized stating that the clothes would be on the way the next day. The rep was so sweet and understanding and told me that I would get my refund when it was returned. I just felt a wave of relief and was really happy about the quick and kind customer service.

Nov 23,2024I have canceled my subscription. The itemsI received were not at all like the items you see in the ads. The items you see in the ads are fresh, stylish and current. The items I received are dated, passé and look like they are last years rejects. I reviewed each item but the stylist obviously did not read the reviews. Kept sending the same even though I changed the sizes, critiqued the styles and asked over and over for classic pieces that would stay in style forever. I explained that I had an abdominal hernia and could not wear styles showing my tummy. Guess what I got in the very next box? I asked for a larger sized classic jacket-I got the same size jacket boyfriend style in a passé color. I give up.I will now order on line for what I want in the size and style that suit me.
