My experience with Daisy did not start well. We switched from another provider due to many serious problems that cost us a over £2K and a lot of business. The switch did not go well, but we were committed to the contract. At the end of the contract we were all ready to switch again, however, Saf the retentions manager did a fantastic job to convince me to stay, and an order was placed in November 2021. Due to the chip shortage, we received the Apple iPhone handsets in drips; by March 2022 we were still waiting for the last two handsets. I made several phone calls over this period but was passed on from pillar to post. It was very frustrating. Finally, i lodged a complaint which was picked by Michael Richardson, who was initially shocked to hear that five months later we were still waiting. Michael actually took ownership of my complaint, within a week we received one of the two handsets and the final handset came less than two weeks later. Micheal, at all times kept me informed of the actions he was taking, often talking personally to others rather than sending emails. He was attentive and polite. This review is to personally appreciate Saf and Michael. Guys..... Thank you, you were great, in these difficult times. I look forward to renewing the contract when the time comes.

We can not fault Daisy customer service- during changes to our telephone system and no one here being sure what was happening - total confusion. Daisy Customer Care rang us and explained our situation (in simple terms) What a joy - it was so easy. Great company to deal with 10/10 .
VERY GOOD SERVICE
There was a very confusing and tricky situation when I switched but Daisy were very prompt and accommodating and kept me online. The problem was dealt with efficiently and they made sure I wasn't out of pocket after all the confusion, excellent service.

The gentleman who answered my call was extremely helpful in the advice he gave me - including additional advice beyond my immediate query. He also followed up his call with a supportive email setting out the answers to my query, and helpful suggestions - these I will have the opportunity to refer back to. He was open to listening attentively to my queries and uncertainties. He was friendly and polite - and did have a sense of humour, too.
Shocking service , staff with luck of any knowledge. Nearly 3 months to install FTTP and cloud voice . Stay away form Luise , Amanda , Lee . Service still not installed. We in 21 Century they DoNot know how to Use DocuSign. Luck of any communication. Shocking customer service . Don’t waist your time better Talk directly to people offering services . DO NOT RECOMMENDING THIS COMPANY
Despite negative support from you in past months, I am pleased to say that John Doidge has saved the day and wrapped up the case of Mr Jeanes's landline with great understanding. John took time to sort out a true date for us to cancel the service in Mr Jeanes's House, and your IT department acted quickly to find my all important email. Thank you again.. I cannot stress how impressed I have been with your prompt response. Without a broadband connection we were unable to take customer payments in our pub. Paul Ryder patiently talked me through various tests to establish where the problem lay, and then contacted Open-Reach to resolve the fault. I needed a new SIM card to enable "WiFi Calling" on my Vodafone account. Despite contradictory information from Vodafone, Daisy's service coordinator, Georgia Armstrong, persisted and she efficiently arranged for a new SIM card to be sent and then activated. She was friendly and forthcoming, and a pleasure to deal with.
