Exceptional Customer Service I had a frustrating afternoon trying to install a new router and was finally confronted with a need for login details (long since forgotten). I phoned Daisy, waited less than 5 minutes to be put through to John Doidge. John politely took me through security to verify it was me then assisted me promptly to get back online which I was able to successfully. I've always used Daisy for our business needs and customer service reps like John are why I always renew - no long delays, no passing from department to department and no complicated phone menus, John was able to give me a quick and straight answer.

My Wife's phone was cut off after she sent a small MMS picture in an SMS message. So, I contacted the Customer Service and was very pleasantly treated by the very able Irham Sajid, who resolved my problem for me. I was very satisfied with the service and it was a pleasure to speak with her.
