Here at DCTUK, we pride ourselves on providing quality service to match the quality of our products. We know how important it is to get things right, which is why we offer free carpet tile samples across all of our carpet tiles to provide you with the true nature of the products before you commit to purchase. Something that we understand the importance of.
We know that quality matters, so we don’t deal in seconds as they can be of varying quality, and come with little or no guarantee, and as such this is something we have never felt comfortable offering to our customers. Instead, we use our exceptional relationships with manufacturers to ensure that we can get exclusive prices to pass on to our customers. This means we are able to offer exclusive prices, aswell as have special offers available on certain ranges of carpet tiles.

Oct 18,2016Needed a particular colour and quantity of carpet tiles for my kitchen. DCT'S online chat helped me find the right ones at a good price, then when I ordered them the tiles arrived the next day! Excellent service and good quality tiles too. Will definitely use them again.

Once ordered delivery was very rapid, quality seems excellent and the oversupply that I ordered was very efficiently returned and credited. All the time the staff were friendly and helpful. Good outfit.

Oct 12,2016My old carpet tiles well four years old had worn and with two dogs got rather smelly even after shampooing so looked on line and found DCTUK loved all the choices I could pick from ordered them at a fantastic price half what I paid for my old ones they look great the service from DCTUK is brilliant. I shall certainly be telling all my friends when they admire my new tiles.

Oct 05,2016We ordered 300+ tiles after receiving really good service and advice, relating to colours and samples. We were quoted five days delivery, as the product was coming from a European supplier, and we happily placed the order, as we had around a two week window before installation. Unfortunately, the logistics firm that was bringing the product from the supplier 'misplaced' the delivery, which resulted in us almost having to cancel the order. However, after a few tense days and some hard work from the staff at DCTUK, the product arrived - just in time. The upshot is that I would definitely recommend DCTUK's products and will use them again, if we ever need more tiles. However, with hindsight, I would allow a few extra days for delivery - just to be 'on the safe side'. The only thing that has prevented me from giving DCTUK a five-star review, was the logistics problem which, to be fair, was out of their direct control.

Sep 28,2016The price was the best I could find online for the carpet tiles I wanted and delivery was reasonably priced as well. In fact I was able to get an extra square metre (just in case my carpet measuring calculations were not all they might be!) and for it still to come in cheaper after the delivery charge was included than the other companies I was looking at. Delivery was prompt and I was sent texts to advise me of the date etc.

Sep 27,2016Good quality for the money. The tiles were cheaper even with postage than in the shops. Samples and order both came very quickly. Lots of choice in colour and designs. Liked the useful tips that were emailed to help with laying them. They are now in place and look good. 😃

From ordering samples which arrived the next day and take the guesswork out of colour matching off a screen, to sorting out a delivery problem when the carrier only left me with one of the 2 packages in the consignment, not DCTUKs fault, my Wife signed for the delivery. I'd laid my carpet tiles within 5 days of finding DCTUK on the internet, and they were better value than anything I could find locally.

They have an excellent range, a well-presented website which makes choosing easier, and everything I wanted was in stock - no waiting for manufacturers shipments. Delivery was fast, efficient, trouble-free. Recommended supplier.
