Monika's expertise and professionalism were evident throughout the sessions. She explained complex concepts clearly and made sure everyone understood, regardless of prior experience. The training was highly interactive, with hands-on practice and real-life scenarios that kept us engaged and made learning enjoyable. Her communication skills and approachable demeanor encouraged us to ask questions and actively participate. Monika's emphasis on practical application and her thorough attention to detail gave us confidence in our ability to respond effectively in emergencies. Overall, Monika's training was exceptional.
