The ease of ordering products online is a massive bonus as this frees up so much of my time now. The next day free delivery service is also an added bonus. Since I recently become a Practice Owner, the support and product assistance that I have had from my Consultant, Lee, has been second to none. Pre-COVID, he would often drop in to deliver in-house training, or showcase new products, or let me know of the latest offers and deals. This all proved very helpful when I was replacing a lot of the old, outdated equipment. His responsiveness and approachable nature often makes me choose DD over the competition. I am now also a DBG member, which provides me with support on Radiology and other areas of compliance.
