Shaz was very helpful explained everything very clearly was v. Good sorting my account he was polite with very nice manners. I am disabled with M.S so I do need to keep asking to repeat what has been said nothing was too much trouble he did go through my account fully of what was happening with it. I would be very happy for him to be available again was a lovely friendly chat made me feel so relaxed I would say many thanks Shaz with a smile

Osman is an amazing individual who has helped me massively on making the steps to get my debts straight I couldn't have asked for anyone better all in all amazing company with amazing staff members with great advice.

Wow what a relief and huge weight off my shoulders to talk to Osman Farah today. Not only was he kind understanding and helpful, he ended up making me realise there is light at the end of the tunnel. He made me smile, he made me laugh and anyone with debt will know how laughter is a thing of the past. Osman changed that. He truly was professional and made me feel I was worth something. This company and the staff are great and they really do care. It's not about taking money from you, it's about helping you out of a deep hole, to no longer feel like you're drowning. Highly recommended anyone with financial worries or debts to use this company. Thanks a million to Osman, you truly have took so much weight off my shoulders you will not believe. I'll sleep better tonight knowing my debts will now become easier and more manageable and no longer worry about the debt letters or knocks at the door. Osman you were great and thank you so very very much.

I was getting worried about constant letters from creditors , but Shaz put my mind at rest which was such a relief. He was the first person I spoke to in the beginning and has been so helpful and reassuring .
